How I Work
I operate where design, culture and material systems meet.
My work moves between spatial environments, material-driven research and production strategy.I lead projects that require both conceptual clarity and structural thinking — where creative ambition, sustainability and production realities must align.
For me, design is not only the making of spaces, but a way of shaping cultural and economic structures.
This perspective continues to evolve through my work in cultural management and interdisciplinary collaboration. My work operates across three interconnected levels: spatial strategy, material systems and production leadership.
01 — Exhibition & Cultural Spatial Strategy
I design cultural and spatial environments where narrative, material and spatial decisions form one integrated whole.
My projects translate curatorial concepts, institutional goals and commercial objectives into spatial frameworks that are buildable, budget-conscious and environmentally responsible. I collaborate closely with producers, technicians and partners to ensure that ideas are carried through to implementation with clarity and precision.

02 — Material Systems & Circular Value
I approach materials through the lens of circularity and ecological responsibility.
Where project conditions allow, I prioritize reuse and the repositioning of existing resources over the introduction of new ones. This includes working with reclaimed materials, recycled textiles and locally sourced natural materials, as well as strategies that extend the lifecycle of spatial elements.
Material decisions are treated as structural considerations — shaping sourcing, durability, disassembly and future reuse.

03 — Design Leadership & Production Frameworks
I lead projects where creative ambition must align with budget, timelines and operational realities.
Leadership begins with self-management. Clear scheduling, defined responsibilities and structured processes create the conditions for accountability and wellbeing — the foundation for focused and resilient creative work.
I combine concept development, stakeholder collaboration, budgeting and grant-funded production, ensuring that design quality is supported by coherent and sustainable execution.
